The Results from Ridgefield are in, and MY GAWD they make sense! On the Sloppiest of Sloppy Days at a Sloppy Golf Course, Sloppy Joe steps ups and goes out in 29 and comes home in 36 for a 4 stroke victory and has forever erased any thoughts of being called, No-Show, Simple, or anything other than, Sloppy Joe "The World's Okayest Golfer". Congrats to the '22 Ridgefield Champion, Sloppy Muhfiggin' Joe!
Some Highlights and some Lowlights from this past Sunday:
Ken "The Body" Temple makes his long awaited '22 debut and shoots his age if he were the same age as 2 Michael J. Foxes. Speaking of which his shot was shaky enough to have made us think there was at least 1 Michael J. Fox on the course.
Rabbi goes full Jew on us and walks off the course at 13. Apparently, he decided to go all out Orthadox, and in accordance with his beliefs, make the Sabbath a day of rest.
Precious, who has not been competitive in a tournament in over a year, decided this isn't the week either and is thankful that The Body showed and that Rabbi didn't, otherwise a deserved last place finish was in store. On the plus side, his pants were damn near see through at the end of it.
A 4 way tie for low gross (82) and a bottle of Pendleton was settled between Easy, Toro, Ca, and The Pro, by 3 separate coin tosses that Toro himself tossed and just so happened to win...Convenient. Congrats on winning the Pendleton that you brought to award to low gross. The bottle will be at the PGA for Low gross again.
Sloppy Joe finished dead last at the Masters 3 short weeks ago, hits zero balls in between, relying on the spray and pray method then takes down the 'ship. The last time he relied on that, 9 months later his daughter was born. 1 out of 2. Not Bad.
